Waiver Statement:

Vendor Agreement

By purchasing a vendor spot with this form, I agree to be a vendor at the 2024 All Breed Rescue & Training Howl-a-day Bazaar event held at All Breed Rescue & Training, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80907.  

  • Whomever fills out this form and completes payment ("the undersigned") contractually agrees to the following:
     
  • I agree to be set up and ready by the start of the event at 4pm and acknowledge that setup time will begin no earlier than 3:30pm.
     
  • I agree to stay for the entire event (4pm - 8pm) and not start breaking down until at least 15 minutes before the end of the event unless other arrangements have been communicated to the ABRT team.
     
  • The undersigned does hereby and forever release and indemnify Colorado Springs All Breed Rescue dba All Breed Rescue & Training ("ABRT") and associated sponsors and/or any other agents of, from all actions, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity arising herefrom.  The undersigned further releases ABRT from any loss or damage to the undersigned or its property arising out of participation in the events.
     
  • ABRT will make every reasonable effort to proceed with the events "come rain or shine", however, ABRT, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event. All vendor fees are refundable up until 10 days before the event. If the event is postponed, all vendor spots will be forwarded to the rescheduled date.
     
  • If the undersigned cancels within 7 days of the event, the vendor fee will not be refunded
     
  • The undersigned does hereby and forever give full permission for use of name and photograph in connections with the events.
