Volunteer Positions Overview

Thank you for your interest in making this event the best possible (Taylor's) version it could be.  Below are the descriptions of the positions that are avaiable.

A few notes:

• If you volunteer to help out with the event, your entry fee will be waived!
• We ask that you purchse an event t-shirt so that we're all a matching front for everyone who shows up
  • but you'll receive a discount code when you sign up to volunteer so the shirt will be the "at cost" price

Volunteer roles

• Set Up / Break-down

  • Strategy sets the scene for the tail
     

    • Time committment: 2 hours max

    • either 8:30AM - 10:30AM or 3:00PM to 5:00PM
       

• Event Promoter

  • Remember the footsteps, remember the words said
     
    • Help poster up the town and spread the swiftie word through social media in the weeks leading up to the event.
       

• Check in

  • You've got a smile that can check in this whole crowd
     

    • Scan QR codes and push extra merch

    • 3 hour shifts starting at 9:30AM
       

• Gift Card Drawing

  • Drawing hearts in the check-in line
     

    • Give out raffle tickets to the Swifties who bring donation items and announce the winner of the gift card!
    • 3 hour shifts starting at 9:30AM
       

• Tie Dye Queens and Kings

  • Dancing with our hands tie dyed, hands tie dyed
     

    • Run the t-shirt tie dye station - each t-shirt is a work of art!
    • 3 hour shifts starting at 9:30AM
       

• Friendship Bracelet Station

  • You've got no reason to be afraid!
     

    • Attach the letters and beads to those invisible strings
    • 3 hour shifts starting at 9:30AM
       

• BINGO

  • Play awesome games, you win awesome prizes
     

    • Be a caller, and a baller
    • 3 hour shifts starting at 9:30AM

• Sweet Nothing pup cup station

  • I found myself a-wooing home to your sweet nothings
     

    • Be the puppy hero that we all dream of becoming
    • 3 hour shifts starting at 9:30AM

• Parking attendants

  • I play my songs in the parking lot
     

    • Swifties would like to know just where to go
    • 3 hour shifts starting at 9:30AM

• Photographer

  • Give me a photograph to hang on my wall, superstar
     

  • If you have professional or semi-professional gear, we'd love for you to document anything and everything!

  • 3 hour shifts starting at 8:30AM
